The Compounder (Oil and Fat Processing) selects vegetable oils and fats, animal oils and fats, or synthetic oils according to product applications, and mixes, heats, and stirs them with additives such as surfactants and stabilizers using mixers or tanks. Manages temperature and viscosity, conducts quality inspections via sampling, and manufactures oil and fat products that meet specifications. Also handles operation and maintenance of production line machinery, as well as safety and hygiene management.
