Description
Nichrome wire drawing workers pass raw nichrome alloy material through a wire drawing machine and draw it to the specified wire diameter using dies (drawing dies). During processing, they measure dimensions with micrometers or calipers and check the accuracy of the wire diameter, surface scratches, and oil film condition. When wire breakage or machine abnormalities occur, they replace dies, adjust tension, check lubrication status, etc., to maintain quality. The completed wire is wound onto spools and supplied to the next process. They are also responsible for line maintenance, periodic maintenance, and management of work records.
