Description
Mushroom canning workers perform preprocessing such as inspection, washing, and slicing of incoming mushrooms, followed by blanching (high-temperature short-time heating), filling and sealing into cans, and pressure steam sterilization (sterilization). Afterward, they conduct quality inspections such as can appearance checks and content volume verification, and handle packaging and shipping preparation. They are also required to manage hygiene based on HACCP, set up and adjust machines, perform simple maintenance and inspections, and handle troubleshooting.
