Mattress assemblers combine materials such as urethane foam, springs, padding, and covers in order on the production line, secure and enclose them using staplers or sewing machines, and complete the product's shape. After the work, they inspect the appearance, dimensions, spring functions, etc., and if no issues, perform packaging and shipping preparation. To maintain production efficiency, they advance line work in coordination, and are also required to do simple machine maintenance, cleaning, and comply with safety and hygiene.
