The work is performed in a clean room, operating equipment based on drawings and specifications. To prevent defects, dimensional inspections, tension measurements, and fine adjustments are repeated to maintain accuracy. As a member of line production, knowledge of quality control techniques and process improvement is also required.
Future Outlook
Due to the significant decrease in CRT demand, job openings are extremely rare, surviving only for retro products or special applications. Technicians are advised to transition to other precision assembly or measurement fields.
