Description
Linoleum floor installers are specialists who apply linoleum sheets or mats to indoor floor surfaces of buildings. The work begins by smoothing uneven subfloors with mortar or putty, then finishing with self-leveling compound. Next, sheets are precisely measured and cut, then adhered with specialized adhesive, and seams are treated with seam tape or hot air welding. Finally, rollers are used to press down and remove air bubbles, achieving a uniform and highly durable floor surface. They work at new construction and renovation sites, as well as commercial facilities, medical facilities, and various other building sites.

Stable demand continues due to needs for new construction and renovation works. Shortage of skilled workers is becoming serious due to the decreasing number of experienced craftsmen, and in the future, acquisition of environmentally friendly materials and installation techniques will be required.
