Operates vacuum deposition equipment and sputtering equipment to strictly control film thickness and composition. Works in a clean room environment, and after film formation, performs film thickness measurement using an ellipsometer, transmittance inspection, and appearance inspection. Uniform film formation and the detection/removal of minute defects are required.
