Description
Lactic fermented product manufacturing equipment operators are responsible for everything from raw material input to fermentation control, sterilization and pasteurization, cleaning (sanitation), and equipment inspection and maintenance in production lines for products such as yogurt and cheese. They perform process control, including temperature and pH management in fermentation tanks and adjustments to agitation speed, to maintain product quality. They make fine adjustments to processes based on sample inspection results from the laboratory and also conduct recording and reporting in accordance with hygiene standards and GMP/HACCP requirements.
