Description
Konjac ball manufacturing workers mix and knead powdered konjac made from konjac potatoes with water, and form it into balls using dedicated extruders or molds. After forming, they heat it in a sterilization tank for a certain period of time, cool and wash it, then soak it in seasoning liquid to infuse flavor. Finally, they inspect the appearance and texture, and package and ship according to standards. They are involved in various processes such as line operations according to production plans, machine operation and maintenance, quality control, and hygiene management.
