Kneading workers, as a preliminary process for manufacturing rubber products such as tires and hoses, compound raw rubber with fillers, vulcanizing agents, coloring agents, etc., and perform kneading and refining using a kneading machine (Banbury). They manage appropriate temperature and pressure, adjust compounding ratios, and produce homogeneous compounds. After output, they conduct quality tests (hardness, properties) and manage logs. They are also responsible for production line startup, machine cleaning and maintenance, and initial response to abnormalities.
