Description
Manufactures interlayers (mainly PVB films) that are sandwiched between automotive safety glass. Mixes raw resins, processes them into film form using an extruder, precisely controls thickness and width using calibrators and tension rollers, and winds them up after heating and cooling processes. During production, monitors process parameters such as temperature and pressure, inspects and removes defective products. Also performs regular machine maintenance and emergency responses during abnormalities.
