Indoor electrical wiring workers are specialists who handle electrical wiring inside buildings such as residential homes, commercial facilities, and offices. They read electrical equipment layout drawings and construction drawings, lay conduits (PF pipes, VE pipes, etc.), pull in electric wires, and install distribution boards, switches, lighting fixtures, and outlets. After construction, they check electrical safety using testers and insulation resistance meters, and verify compliance with laws and construction standards. On site, they collaborate with other trades (carpenters, interior finishers, equipment workers), manage schedules and quality. High-altitude or confined space work may occur, requiring safety training and protective gear.
