The HVAC Electrician handles the operation, monitoring, inspection, and maintenance of air conditioning equipment (chillers, fan coil units, ventilation equipment, etc.) and electrical equipment within buildings. Monitors instruments such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates, and adjusts settings via control panels. Performs routine cleaning, filter replacements, replacement of consumable parts, lubrication tasks, etc., and in cases of abnormalities, promptly identifies the cause of faults and either repairs them or arranges for specialist contractors. Duties also include statutory inspections, report preparation, analysis of energy consumption data, implementation of energy-saving operations, proposals for equipment renewal plans, and conducting linkage inspections with emergency power supplies and fire protection equipment.
