After molding, they perform trimming of excess burrs, assembly, appearance and dimensional inspections, and may also handle packaging and packing. The work centers on line operations with shift work according to production plans, and includes participation in safety and hygiene management, simple machine maintenance, and 5S activities. To maintain production efficiency and quality, adjustment of equipment parameters and prompt response to troubles are required.
