Hardening Worker (Concrete Products Manufacturing) is responsible for the process of curing (hardening) precast concrete products in a curing room under specified temperature and humidity conditions. After casting, demold the concrete from the formwork and cure it for the specified time using steam curing equipment or water curing tanks. Perform hardness measurements and appearance inspections to ensure product quality. Based on the production schedule, move products using forklifts or small cranes, and thoroughly manage safety and hygiene.
