Summary

A manufacturing job responsible for forming products made from cement or mortar raw materials, through hardening, curing, and quality inspection.

Description

Hardening workers (cement mortar products manufacturing) blend cement, aggregates, and admixtures in prescribed proportions, knead them in a mixer, pour into a forming machine, apply vibration or pressure to shape them, and perform hardening and curing. Products that have reached the specified strength are removed from the molds, and quality checks are conducted through hardness measurement, core sampling tests, etc. Monitoring the production line, temperature and humidity management, and grasping hardening times are important, and in the event of abnormalities, equipment adjustments and troubleshooting are also performed. As shift-based factory work, efforts are also made in safety and health management and improving work efficiency.
