Gypsum product molding workers add water to gypsum powder and knead the material, feed it into molding machines or molds, and create predetermined shapes through pressing or gravity molding. They handle machine operation and adjustment, mold attachment and replacement, measurement of supplied materials, and maintenance of safety and hygiene.
