Description
Grinding wheel formers set raw materials such as ceramic powder into molding machines, creating the shape of grinding stones through press molding or injection molding. After molding, they perform appearance inspections to check for cracks, chips, etc., and make corrections as necessary through deburring or grinding. They are also responsible for adjusting molding conditions, daily machine inspections and cleaning, and transporting raw materials to subsequent drying and firing processes.
