Description
Granulated sugar manufacturing workers handle the processing of raw sugar solution obtained from sugarcane or sugar beets. Main tasks include raw material receiving and pre-treatment, operation of filtration devices and evaporation concentrators, crystallization control in crystallizers, separation of sugar and mother liquor using centrifuges, crystal drying in drying equipment, product inspection and packaging. They also perform machine inspections and maintenance, safety and hygiene management, and quality control. Amid factory automation and labor-saving efforts, handling PLC controls and analyzing quality data are also required.
