Glass Worker (Melting Furnace) blends raw materials such as silica sand, soda ash, and limestone in prescribed proportions into batches, and heats and melts them in a melting furnace at approximately 1,400 to 1,600°C. Continuously monitors the furnace temperature and gas combustion status to maintain a stable molten state. Performs quality inspections, scale removal, furnace cleaning and maintenance work, and supplies molten glass suitable for the forming process. Wears protective gear due to the high-temperature work environment and thoroughly manages safety. Shift work with rotation is common.
