Description
The Glass Ball Maker (Glass) accurately weighs and mixes raw materials such as silica and soda ash to create a batch, and melts it in a furnace at about 1,500°C. Cuts out molten glass from forming machines or pools to manufacture glass balls, and gradually cools them in an annealing furnace. Inspects to prevent cracks or internal stresses in the product and to ensure it meets quality standards. Also responsible for operating production equipment, temperature control, periodic maintenance, and safety and health management to support stable production.
