Description
Raw rubber preprocessing workers receive natural rubber or synthetic rubber, and after acceptance inspection, perform desulfurization, drying, and weighing/mixing additives such as lime and fillers. They operate kneaders and roll mills to uniformly disperse the materials, conduct simple inspections (viscosity measurement, impurity inspection), and supply them to the subsequent molding and vulcanization processes. They also perform equipment inspections and cleaning, create work records, and manage safety and hygiene.
