Using drawings and specifications from the design department, they develop process designs and work standards for assembly, machining, and inspection processes, and introduce necessary jigs, tools, and automation equipment. They analyze causes of defects and troubles at manufacturing sites, plan and implement improvement measures. They monitor production line operations, identify bottlenecks through data analysis for continuous improvements, and handle safety management, 5S activities, and technical guidance for on-site staff.
