Description
Furnace Operator (Artificial Abrasive Manufacturing) is responsible for operating sintering furnaces and managing temperature in the manufacturing process of artificial abrasives (such as ceramic abrasive grains). After mixing and forming raw material powders, load them into the sintering furnace and fire at set temperatures and times. After sintering, perform cooling and inspection, and ship products that meet standards. Controlling the furnace atmosphere, safety and hygiene, and regular maintenance and inspections are also important tasks.
