Description

Furnace designers are engineers responsible for designing various industrial furnaces used in steelmaking, cement, glass, ceramics, etc. They understand customer production capacity, temperature requirements, environmental regulations, etc., and conduct furnace body shape design using CAD, material selection for refractories and steel, heat transfer analysis using CFD, and structural analysis using FEM. They perform optimal design considering cost, safety, and energy efficiency, and create drawings and specifications. They collaborate with manufacturing, construction departments, on-site installation, and maintenance staff, and also conduct performance verification and improvement proposals after delivery.
