On site, they proceed with work based on design drawings and layout markings, with precise dimension control and high safety standards. After the work, they monitor the curing status of the poured concrete and dismantle the formwork, handing over to the next processes such as plastering or interior finishing. Team coordination is essential, and they maintain close communication with foremen and construction managers.
