Work is performed according to process specifications and work instructions, including screwing, soldering, press processing, setting in machines, lighting tests, and withstand voltage tests. During work, parts positions, wiring conditions, and presence of leaks are inspected based on quality standards, and if defects are found, rework or reporting to supervisors is performed. Production is advanced while maintaining production efficiency, complying with safety and health rules, and collaborating with line workers and quality control staff.

Future Outlook

Due to advances in automation and robotization, traditional simple assembly work is on a decreasing trend, but demand for skilled workers and production technology positions to maintain high-quality products is expected to remain.
