Description
Feed raw materials such as copper wires as conductors into the extruder, heat and extrude resins like polyvinyl chloride (PVC) to form insulation coatings. Stabilize the shape using cooling and take-up devices, then adjust dimensions with a calibrator. Cut the products and pack and ship those that pass visual inspections and electrical tests. During production, monitor parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed, and perform fine adjustments to machines or line stoppages in case of abnormalities. Also responsible for regular cleaning, inspections, and simple maintenance to maximize quality and yield.
