Description

Fermented milk manufacturing workers conduct quality inspections after receiving raw cow's milk, then perform pasteurization (heat sterilization), homogenization, cooling, inoculate lactic acid bacteria, and manage the fermentation process. After fermentation, they perform stirring and aging, fill and package on designated packaging lines, and prepare for shipment. They thoroughly perform CIP cleaning of production equipment, daily inspections, hygiene management based on GMP and HACCP, and create and manage work records. They also handle root cause analysis and improvement proposals in case of defects.
