They manage equipment startup and shutdown, adjustments to raw material feed amounts, needle pressure, and speeds, quality inspections during intermediate processes, and control product thickness, density, and surface condition. They also perform daily cleaning, lubrication, simple maintenance inspections, and work to maintain and improve safety, hygiene, and production efficiency.
