The Decomposition Worker (Fatty Acid Manufacturing) decomposes fats and oils through alkali hydrolysis or thermal reactions to obtain products such as fatty acids and monoglycerides. Responsible for managing reaction temperature and pH, adjusting reaction time, liquid separation and washing operations, quality inspection and sampling of products, cleaning and inspection of equipment. Manages the entire process from raw material charging to product recovery based on production plans, and operates in compliance with safety and hygiene regulations and SOPs.
