Description

Extract manufacturing workers crush and pretreat raw materials, then use organic solvents or water to extract components, operating manufacturing equipment such as concentration devices, dryers, and filling machines to produce extracts. They work in cleanroom environments and comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards to prevent cross-contamination and foreign matter inclusion, create and manage manufacturing records (batch records). In case of process abnormalities, they identify causes, collaborate with quality assurance departments to implement countermeasures, and also handle equipment cleaning and maintenance.
