Extract Manufacturing Worker (Soft Drink Manufacturing) is a job that manufactures concentrated extracts, the base for soft drinks, by solvent extraction or heat concentration from raw materials such as fruits, herbs, and tea leaves. Performs incoming inspection of raw materials, operation of crushing and extraction equipment, temperature and pressure control, filtering, sterilization, concentration measurement (Brix/pH), and maintains quality according to standards. Sanitation management and cleaning/maintenance of machinery are also important tasks.
