Description
PVC Lined Steel Pipe Manufacturing Workers are responsible for the entire process of uniformly lining the inner and outer surfaces of steel pipes with PVC resin. After cleaning and drying the steel pipes, they attach PVC powder or solvent using a lining machine, heat and cure it, perform thickness measurements and defect inspections to ensure quality. Machine maintenance and understanding of material properties are also required, and the finished products are used in piping for plants and infrastructure.
