Description
Electronic device resistor manufacturing workers perform wire winding of resistor bodies, thin film formation, assembly on ceramic substrates, coating, firing, and then fine adjustment of resistance values using lasers or polishing. After the work, they measure and inspect resistance values and durability using testers or bridges, select products that meet specifications, and finally perform lead wire soldering, appearance inspection, and packaging. The work is mainly team operations on the manufacturing line, and may also involve quality control and process improvement.
