Description
Electrical Construction Design Supervisors create design drawings and formulate construction plans for electrical equipment (wiring, distribution boards, lighting, emergency power supplies, surveillance systems, etc.) in buildings and facilities, and perform on-site supervision. In the design phase, based on architectural drawings and legal regulations, they conduct load calculations and primary and secondary circuit designs, and create construction drawings and specifications. In the construction phase, they handle schedule management, quality control, safety and health management, and coordination with stakeholders (contractors, architects, power companies, etc.), overseeing up to completion inspections and handover. They are required to utilize the latest energy-saving technologies and BIM/CAD tools to balance cost optimization and safety assurance.
