Description

Electric furnace fabricators install electric furnaces used in iron and steel, non-ferrous metals, ceramics, and chemical plants on site. They perform refractory brick and insulation material application, electrical heater and control panel wiring connections, temperature measurement instrument installation, trial operation adjustments, and more. Based on drawings, they accurately assemble furnace bodies and carry out piping and wiring work to ensure temperature distribution and safety inside the furnace. Work is conducted indoors and outdoors at factories and plant sites, involving the movement of heavy objects using cranes and heavy machinery, as well as high-voltage electrical tasks.

With the push for energy efficiency and enhanced functionality in manufacturing and plant equipment, demand for energy-saving furnaces and specialized furnaces is increasing.
