In each process, neutralization reactions, decolorization using adsorbents, steam deodorization, and filtration are carried out, with samples regularly collected to measure acid value, color, and odor. In addition, operating and monitoring refining equipment, machinery inspection and maintenance, recording quality inspection data, hygiene management, and safety measures are important tasks. They support stable production through manufacturing lot management, process improvements, and troubleshooting during abnormalities.
