Description
Ebonite vulcanization workers load ebonite, a type of rubber product raw material, into a vulcanization kettle, control temperature and pressure to promote the vulcanization reaction, and fix the hardness and dimensions of the final product. Before starting work, they inspect the compounded raw materials and check the machines, then execute the vulcanization process according to the set process conditions. After vulcanization, they demold the products, perform quality checks such as appearance inspection and hardness measurement, and pass them to the next process as needed. Since the work involves high-temperature and high-pressure operations, safe operation of safety devices and wearing protective equipment are required.
