Description
Dyeing and bleaching workers are technicians who perform dyeing processes to impregnate fabrics and products made of cotton, linen, silk, chemical fibers, etc., with dyes, and bleaching (scouring) processes. They first select and formulate dyes and auxiliaries according to the type and purpose of the fabric, and fix the color using methods such as bath dyeing or immersion dyeing. After dyeing, they perform washing and neutralization, followed by drying and finishing (pressing or soaping) to ensure quality. They strive for uniform color development and prevention of color defects through color difference meter matching and visual inspection, and accurately manage machine operations, temperature, and time. They work in teams on factory line operations, considering production efficiency and reduction of environmental impact.
