Dye Manufacturing Technicians (excluding production technicians) are specialists who utilize chemical reactions to operate and manage the synthesis and manufacturing processes of dyes and pigments. They control conditions such as temperature, pressure, and pH across each process from raw material blending to reaction, separation and purification, and drying to ensure product quality. They conduct sampling and quality evaluation using analytical instruments, identify causes and respond promptly in the event of abnormalities. While complying with environmental and safety regulations, they pursue efficient production and cost reduction, and may also engage in the development of next-generation environmentally considerate dyes.
