Manufacturing operator who presses polycarbonate substrates, performs metal evaporation and coating, and mass-produces DVD discs.

Description

DVD manufacturing workers start from the process of pressing polycarbonate resin raw material with an injection molding machine to form the disc substrate. After molding, a metal film is vacuum evaporated, protective lacquer is applied, and UV cured to form the playback surface of the disc. Then, the label surface is printed with a printing machine, and the appearance and traceability codes are checked with drying and inspection machines. Finally, it is properly packaged by machine and packed for shipment. The production line is high-speed and highly automated, with main tasks including machine monitoring, quality control, and initial response to abnormalities.
