Dry cell battery raw material mixers measure, blend, and mix powder raw materials such as positive electrode active materials, negative electrode active materials, conductive agents, binders, and electrolyte pastes in the dry cell battery manufacturing line according to manufacturing instructions (blending tables). Operations are performed in batches, operating measuring instruments and industrial mixers. After mixing, tests for particle size distribution and moisture content are conducted through sampling to confirm compliance with quality standards. Since handling dust and chemicals, wear dust masks and protective gear, thoroughly clean the work environment, and properly dispose of waste according to laws and regulations. Also, improve manufacturing line efficiency and perform equipment maintenance, and under team collaboration, investigate causes and implement improvements in case of abnormalities.
