Description
Drinking milk manufacturing workers receive raw milk after milking, remove foreign matter, adjust components (standardization), homogenize and pasteurize at low temperature, and after cooling, fill and package to produce drinking milk products. They accurately and safely perform a wide range of tasks, including operation of manufacturing lines, pasteurization equipment, and homogenization equipment, creation of manufacturing records, daily inspection and cleaning of equipment (CIP), hygiene management, and quality inspection (physicochemical inspection, microbial inspection).
