Description
Dried hijiki processing workers, after harvested hijiki is brought into the factory, perform washing and sorting to prevent foreign matter contamination, and apply heat treatment by boiling for an appropriate time. Then, using a dryer, they adjust the moisture content to maintain uniform quality. After drying, they inspect and sort by particle size and color tone manually or with machines, and perform packaging and boxing according to standards. Products are shipped under management based on the Food Sanitation Law.
