Summary

A technical job that targets distribution network circuits (distribution lines), conducts inspections, measurements, and repairs to maintain stable power supply.

Description

Distribution maintenance workers (circuits) belong to power companies or contractors and are responsible for regular inspections of distribution lines (wires between utility poles, overhead ground wires, and related equipment) and emergency fault recovery. Using aerial work platforms or rolling tools, they perform insulation resistance measurements, temperature measurements, thermography inspections, etc., to detect deterioration and abnormalities early. If insulation failure or equipment malfunction is confirmed, they replace switchgear or transformers, perform temporary repairs or rewiring of wires, and appropriately implement grounding and isolation measures for safety. Work is conducted in teams, and in emergency recovery, quick judgment and rapid work are required within a short time.
