Performs machine startup, adjustment, and inspection, and during operations, monitors hygiene management and conditions such as temperature and humidity. Conducts quality inspections including moisture content measurement and appearance checks, and performs recording and reporting. After work, cleans and sanitizes the machines and performs simple maintenance to support stable line operation.
