Description

Dump truck drivers operate dump trucks loaded with soil, construction materials, etc., shuttling mainly between construction sites and material yards for transport. During loading, they check cargo load volume and balance; during unloading, they tilt the bed to safely discharge the load. Before and after runs, they inspect the engine, brakes, tires, oil and water leaks, etc., and ensure safe driving in compliance with the Road Traffic Act. They determine routes based on traffic and weather conditions and perform tasks efficiently in coordination with operations managers. Long hours of driving and heavy cargo loading/unloading require high safety awareness, physical stamina, and responsibility.
