Dairy product manufacturing equipment operators input raw materials such as milk and skim milk into the equipment, and operate and monitor each process including sterilization (pasteurization), fermentation, stirring, filling, and packaging. They strictly manage manufacturing conditions (temperature, pressure, time, etc.) while conducting regular quality inspections and hygiene checks. They also handle equipment cleaning and disinfection (SIP/CIP), initial responses to abnormalities, daily machine maintenance and inspections, and fulfill the role of supporting stable production by complying with safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
