Corrugated board sheet production equipment operators operate and monitor a series of production equipment, including corrugators that form into waves and pasting machines, to mass-produce corrugated board sheets. They handle base paper feeding, adjustment of temperature, pressure, and adhesives, management of speed and thickness, inspection of finished products, and elimination of defects. They also perform routine cleaning, lubrication, parts replacement, daily maintenance inspections, and troubleshooting for minor failures. In coordination with cutting and stacking operations according to production plans, they maintain the efficiency and quality of the entire line. Shift work is common, and the use of safety gear as well as compliance with 5S and hygiene management are required.
